The CleanAIR CA-1 Short Hood & Basic PAPR Kit is a complete powered air purifying respirator (PAPR) system designed to provide advanced respiratory protection and all-day comfort in hazardous working environments. Combining the lightweight CleanAIR BASIC PAPR unit with the CA-1 Short Hood, this kit delivers high-level protection against dust, fumes, aerosols, and airborne contaminants while maintaining excellent wearer comfort and visibility.
The lightweight belt-mounted PAPR unit features adjustable airflow settings from 170–240 lpm, maintaining consistent airflow even as filters clog or battery levels reduce. Integrated audio and visual alarms alert the wearer to low battery or reduced airflow conditions for enhanced safety.
The included CA-1 short hood is made from lightweight nylon with a wide panoramic anti-fog visor, offering excellent visibility and comfortable long-term wear. Adjustable headgear settings allow the hood to suit a wide range of head sizes and improve fit during extended use.
