The CleanAIR CA-40G Helmet with Clear Flip-Up Visor – R704100 is a premium industrial safety helmet designed to provide integrated head, face, eye, and respiratory protection when used with compatible CleanAIR Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) systems. Built for demanding industrial environments, the CA-40G combines rugged durability with outstanding wearer comfort and visibility.

The helmet features a large clear panoramic flip-up visor manufactured from high-quality impact-resistant material, delivering excellent optical clarity and a wide field of vision for improved safety and productivity. The convenient flip-up visor mechanism allows workers to quickly raise the visor when not actively exposed to hazards, improving flexibility during varied work tasks.

Designed for extended wear, the CA-40G incorporates an ergonomic adjustable head suspension system that evenly distributes weight to help minimise fatigue throughout long shifts. When connected to a compatible CleanAIR PAPR unit, the helmet provides a continuous flow of filtered air, helping reduce heat build-up and improving breathing comfort in hot or dusty environments.

Combination of a grinding visor and a safety helmet with integrated air distribution. Ensures protection of the head, eyes, face, respiratory and hearing. The helmet offers well-balanced, comfortable and robust protection certified in accordance with EN 397 while the polycarbonate shield provides protection against high speed, high energy particles and is certified in accordance with EN 166 - Class A.
